This week at the library: bees, crochet, and something for everyone!

Ever wanted to learn about bees? Miss Sarah from Cedar County Conservation will teach kids (and their grownups) all about how they work and why they’re important! There’s a storytime or activity group for people of any age this week, including Tea/Tee Time for seniors where you can learn to crochet!

This week at the library: tons of fun programs, closed July 4.

Get ready for July and a week packed with fun! The library will be closed on Friday, July 4, so no Tater Tots Storytime this week. Our next Tea/tee Time will teach you how to crochet – you know you’ve always wanted to! But we need to see how many people are coming, so please RSVP using the qr code below (or link on our FB event page) by July 4 so we’re all set for next week’s Tea/tee Time July 7!

This week at the library: HUGE scavenger hunt, murder mystery party, a new storytime, and more!

Like the scavenger hunts at the library? 🔍 Want to do a BIG one outside? 🔎This Tuesday’s family event is a HUGE scavenger hunt at Cubby Park! After that, we’re adding a NEW Storytime just for older kids (grades 3-6) Weds at noon, and our Friday Storytime is geared towards younger kids (grades 0-2). Friday night, we’re having a grownup-only Murder Mystery Party and we need guests – please RSVP by June 25! Don’t forget Teen Time on Wed and Thursday Theater on, well, Thurs! 😄
