This week: STEAM Night with Mrs. Howard!

On Wednesday, November 15 5:00-7:00 pm, join us at the library for our very first STEAM Night! We’ll be doing hands-on activities, experiments and play that spark kids’ interest and engage creativity! It is geared primarily to elementary through high school age kids; younger students may need assistance from a grownup.

STEAM Nights will continue every third Wednesday with new activities every time, you can catch one whenever you’re able or join in every month! Any scheduling changes each month will be posted online.

The library is open to people of all abilities. Contact us if you have accessibility needs.

Coming next Friday: Cook the Book! (Library After Hours, Adults 21+)

If you like to have people over, but are more of the “stuff on a plate” kind of cook, this program is for you! (Or if you’re an elaborate master host looking for a casual creative option, we don’t judge!)

On Friday, November 10 at 6:30 pm, we’ll use Boards by Elle Simone Scott to learn how to arrange a spread of snacks for your next gathering that look as good as they taste. Bring your own platter and give it a try, then take it home and nosh!

Adults 21 and over only; bring your own beverage, beer and wine permitted.
