Cooler weather is finally here! Let’s hope it stays so you can enjoy the outdoors this August! Books & Play is a great way to get outside and have fun – this week join us at Wapsi Park. Storytime Friday morning may be indoors but it’s just as fun! 😁 Pick up a coloring announcement sheet or do the scavenger hunt while you’re at the library, and have a wonderful week!
It’s Hoover’s Hometown Days week; happy 150th birthday to our favorite president from Iowa! 😄 Join us for Books & Play and Friday morning Storytime before you have fun at the festival, and don’t forget to submit your feedback on the SLP. Catch the LAST Summer Teen Program and Thursday Theater of the summer this week! But no worries, there are tons of special programs still to come before the Summer Library Program is done: come to STEAM Night on Wed, and grownups, watch a movie with us on the big screen the last Friday night of July.
